01Acceptance of these terms

By accessing or using relocore.app (the "Site"), operated by ReloCore ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to these Terms of Use and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

02What the Site is

The Site provides information about the ReloCore platform and lets you request a product demonstration. Content on the Site is for general information. Product capabilities, availability, and timelines described here may evolve as the platform develops, and nothing on the Site constitutes a binding offer, warranty, or service commitment.

03Demo requests

Submitting a demo request does not create a customer relationship or any obligation on either side. It tells us you want to see the product, and we will reach out to schedule a walkthrough. You agree to provide accurate contact information when you do.

04Intellectual property

The Site and everything on it, including text, design, graphics, logos, and the ReloCore name and mark, belong to ReloCore or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and share links to the Site freely. You may not copy, scrape, republish, or create derivative works from the Site's content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

05Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Site in any way that violates applicable law
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or its infrastructure
• Interfere with the Site's operation, including through automated traffic, scraping at scale, or denial-of-service activity
• Submit false, misleading, or abusive content through the demo form
• Misrepresent your affiliation with any person or company

06Third-party services

The Site may link to or rely on third-party services (for example, our hosting and form delivery providers, described in the Privacy Policy). We are not responsible for the content or practices of third-party sites and services, and a link does not imply endorsement.

07Disclaimers

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

08Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ReloCore will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim related to the Site will not exceed one hundred US dollars ($100). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

09Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold ReloCore harmless from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your violation of these terms or your misuse of the Site.

10Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these terms or the Site will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Pennsylvania, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

11Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the latest version, and your continued use of the Site after an update constitutes acceptance. For material changes, we will make the update conspicuous on the Site.

12General

If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and ReloCore regarding the Site.
