Privacy Policy

01Who we are

ReloCore ("ReloCore," "we," "us," or "our") builds operations software for full-service moving companies. We are based in Pennsylvania, United States, and we operate the website at relocore.app (the "Site").

This policy covers the Site: the marketing pages, the demo request form, and any email you exchange with us. It does not cover the ReloCore application itself, which is governed by separate terms provided to customers.

02What we collect

Information you give us

When you request a demo, we ask for your name, company name, work email address, and fleet size. If you email us, we receive whatever you choose to include in that email. That is the full list. We do not ask for payment information, government identifiers, or anything sensitive on this Site.

Information collected automatically

Like nearly every website, our hosting infrastructure records standard technical logs when you visit: your IP address, browser type, device type, the pages you viewed, and the time of your visit. These logs exist for security and reliability, not profiling.

03How we use it

• To respond to you. If you request a demo, we use your contact details to schedule and run the walkthrough you asked for.
• To operate the Site. Technical logs help us keep the Site fast, available, and secure.
• To improve. If we use analytics, we use privacy-respecting, cookieless measurement that reports aggregate page statistics, never individual profiles.
• To meet legal obligations. Rarely, the law may require us to retain or produce records.

For visitors in regions with legal-basis requirements (such as the EEA and UK): we process demo requests based on your consent and the steps needed before entering a contract, and we process technical logs based on our legitimate interest in running a secure website.

04Cookies and tracking

The Site does not set cookies. There is no cookie banner because there is nothing to consent to.

If that ever changes, we will update this policy first and limit ourselves to what is strictly necessary or clearly disclosed. We will not add third-party advertising trackers to this Site.

05Who we share it with

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We use a small number of service providers to run the Site, each receiving only what is necessary for its function:

Beyond service providers, we would disclose information only if required by law, to protect our legal rights, or as part of a business transaction such as a merger (in which case this policy would continue to apply to your data until updated).

06How long we keep it

Demo requests and email correspondence are kept for as long as the conversation is active and for a reasonable period afterward so we can pick it back up if you return. Hosting logs are retained on our provider's standard short-term schedule. If you ask us to delete your information, we will, promptly and without friction, unless a legal obligation requires us to keep a specific record.

07Your rights

Wherever you are, you can ask us to:

• Tell you what personal information we hold about you
• Correct information that is inaccurate
• Delete your information
• Give you a copy of your information in a portable format
• Stop processing your information for a particular purpose

Email privacy@relocore.app and we will respond within 30 days. We will never charge you, retaliate, or degrade your experience for exercising a privacy right. If you are in the EEA or UK, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

08US state privacy rights

Residents of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Utah, and other states with comprehensive privacy laws have specific statutory rights, including the rights to know, access, correct, delete, and opt out of sales or sharing of personal information.

Our position is simple: we do not sell personal information and we do not share it for targeted advertising, as those terms are defined under the California Consumer Privacy Act and similar laws. There is nothing to opt out of. All other rights described in section 07 are available to you, through the same email, with the same 30-day response commitment. You may also use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf.

09International visitors

ReloCore operates from the United States, and the Site is hosted on infrastructure that may process data in the US. If you visit from outside the US, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States. Where required, our service providers rely on recognized transfer mechanisms such as standard contractual clauses.

10Security

The Site is served exclusively over HTTPS with HTTP Strict Transport Security enforced. Form submissions travel encrypted in transit. Access to demo request data is restricted to the people who need it to respond to you. No system is perfectly secure, but we treat the small amount of data we hold with the same care we expect our customers to receive.

11Children

The Site is a business-to-business service directed at moving company operators. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

12Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. For material changes, we will make the update conspicuous on the Site. We will not quietly weaken the commitments made here.
